When Insight conducts a competitive analysis, we look at the external and internal environment in which a client operates. We also evaluates threats and opportunites in relation to customers, pricing constraints, competitors, distribution, technology, regulation, workstyle trends, suppliers and partners. We analyze internal strenght and weaknesses relative to current performance, brand power, cost structure, product portfolio, employee skills, and company culture.
